This is the second Childfest event that is being organized by Help Our Children Foundation, Special Olympics Foundation and Port de Plaisance Group. The event kicks off with a gala dinner and silent auction on Saturday, March 15th.
The main event is on Sunday, March 16 which is a all-day family fun day of games, pony rides, face-painting and portraits drawn by artist Roland Richardson. “We all have busy lives, but time must be taken out for our children.  Spending quality time with our kids on a daily basis should be a top priority.

“Childfest is an opportunity for families and friends with their kids to get together and not only have fun, but also raise money for the young people and athletes in our community. “I encourage families and single dads and moms to come out this weekend and show your support,” Commissioner of Labour Louie Laveist told the Government Information Service (GIS) on Friday.
